Borders Apartments

Absolutely enjoy renting here at borders apartments. The staff here is great! One of the maintenance crew member’s, Eduardo (Eddie), spent the afternoon replacing our outlets. He was very professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. Everything was installed perfectly and he left the area clean when he finished. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. I definitely recommend Eddie!

Mr Eddie the maintenance man. did an amazing job! He was very attentive, professional, and extremely nice throughout the whole process. He really went above and beyond to fix my toilet and shower drain. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and took the time to explain what he did. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, and Eddie definitely does. I truly appreciate his hard work

They have been very helpful with everything! Pamela was awesome from the very beginning and every other staff member has always been kind. The maintenance never fails to be quick and fix any problem we bring to them. We would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

If you are thinking of renting here this is your sign to do so. My boyfriend and I stayed here in a studio apartment for a year and we really loved it. I have inserted pictures to get an idea of the layout. The office staff is very friendly when you have questions or concerns & whenever we would submit maintenance requests, they would come within minutes. Only reason for leaving is due to a new job otherwise we would still be staying here. You won’t find any other apartments with friendly staff, friendly neighbors, and good price!
